Initially, we reached out to the eatery to ask if they could chop our salad. I mentioned I was okay with paying a little extra and told them I was placing my order through ASAP, which I did. However, the salad came unchopped as we had asked. It was still tasty, but they didn’t follow through on our request. Thanks!

We called the restaurant first to request that our salad be chopped. I advised the restaurant that I was willing to pay an extra charge and advised them that I was then ordering through ASAP which I did, but the salad was not chopped as request. It was still delicious but our request with the restaurant was not followed. Thank you.

"Delivery to the Incorrect Address - After..."
They sent it to the wrong place - and were late on top of that - then they won’t come get it from the wrong address and bring it to you, not caring that you and your kids are starving. They just tell you to place another order and wait two hours, and they’re rude about it too!

They deliver to the wrong home- after they were late- then they refuse to pick it up from the wrong home and bring it to you and could care less that you and your children are hungry. They tell you to order again and wait two hour and are rude to boot!

"Allow Tipping After Delivery, Please"
I was hoping to give a tip once the food arrived, but I couldn't figure out how to add it to my order. I didn't want to tip beforehand, just in case the delivery turned out to be a disaster. It would be great if the app let you add tips after the delivery is done.

I wanted to tip AFTER the food got here, but i was not able to add tip to the order, i didn't want to tip before it got here in case it was a terrible delivery. Tips should be able to be added on the app AFTER delivery.

Excellent service with numerous eateries to pick from. If you find yourself ordering dinner delivered more than once a month, I suggest going for the ASAP Unlimited.
